Compete

Compete is perfect for highly competitive athletes aspiring to be competitive in the CrossFit Quarterfinals and beyond. 


A Complete athlete can meet 90%+ of the Rx weight requirement and can comfortably finish above the 90% cut line in the CrossFit Open. 


This track is 5 days a week with +120 minutes sessions.


Masters Rx

Masters Rx is ideal for athletes finishing in the top 85-89% of their age category with quarterfinal aspirations. 


    This track is 5 days a week with 90-120 minute sessions.

Masters Intermediate

Masters Intermediate is a foundational track that will highlight gymnastic progressions and strength development to help you become a Rx athlete.


This track is 5 days a week with 90-120 minute sessions.


Classic

Classic is ideal for any athlete with limited time and looking for a more traditional CrossFit feel.


This track is 5 days a week with 60 minute sessions.
